Charged and didn't mean to be: you can cancel and refund your first monthly payment in Your account within 14 days, or email us. See cancelling and refunds.
Can't find your result: log in with the same account you used when you unlocked it. Results from before you made an account are saved to it automatically if you log in on the same device.
